2.3 Use of AI Services: LivingCost utilizes Claude as an AI service to provide analysis and recommendations related to living expenses. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that your interactions with Claude are subject to these Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the App, including any feedback or suggestions provided to us ("User Content").
4.2 License: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the App and our business.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
(a) Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
(b) Use the App to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
(c) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers or networks connected to the App;
(d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any other systems or networks connected to the App;
(e) Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the App;
(f) Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the App for any purpose without our express written permission.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and all content, features, and services provided through the App are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we, nor our directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
